A contract without our clause can still come here. When a dispute already exists, both parties may sign a short post-dispute Submission Agreement electing the Turing Arbitration Rules — same procedure, same calendar, same flat fee.
The undersigned parties agree to submit the dispute described below to final and binding arbitration administered by The Turing Tribunal under the Turing Arbitration Rules, Tier 2 (Confirmed Award) unless otherwise elected. The proceedings shall be documents-only. Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
